Refund Policy

We know it’s impossible to make everyone happy, regardless if you have a bad experience with our service or products, we still want to leave you completely satisfied.

We strive to provide the highest levels of service to our customers, below is an outline of information for your reference on our refund policy. 

RETURNS

We are able to accept returns on orders no older than 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (WHEN APPLICABLE)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@melbournesolvents.com.au and we will be in touch with the process from there.

Melbourne Solvents reserves the right to change, amend or redact any portion of these policies at any time for any reason.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. We don’t charge a restocking fee, and we do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
