We strive to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. Below is an outline of information for your reference on our shipping policy.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.melbournesolvents.com.au will then be processed (on authorised payment clearance) and shipped out from our South East Melbourne distribution centre. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM AEST will begin processing that day, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 4 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM AEST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the selected item is not currently available or if there are system errors, the Melbourne Solvents Customer Service team will contact you. All sale and discount items are excluded from this policy and are shipped out via first in, first out.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that there is defect with your Melbourne Solvents product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. "Melbourne solvents" makes no other warranties or conditions including any implied warranty or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
There are many factors beyond Melbourne solvent's control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely responsible for evaluating the Melbourne Solvent product and determining whether it is a suitable and fit for their particular application. Melbourne Solvents will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of this product. SDS, additional product safety and health information can be obtained by simply requesting us on email@example.com.
Delivery dates acknowledged by us are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturer lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore orders may be shipped on the estimated date, prior to the estimated date with the buyer's approval or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer). Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing within seven days of order placement.
Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by the Company and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.
