1. I haven't received my package yet. 

Due to the current circumstances, we have been experiencing a delay in orders being delivered to interstate regions. We are trying our best to keep our customers updated with the most current tracking. Rest assured your order will be delivered. Please wait a 5-10 working days more.  If the package still doesn’t arrive then please contact our Customer Service via email to info@melbournesolvents.com.au

2. Can I pick up a order I placed online with delivery option?


If you wish to pick up your order from our store that you otherwise selected a delivery option for, please contact the customer service team at (03) 9796 3300 to check whether your order has been shipped. If it has been shipped, you will have to wait for the delivery and pick up options do not apply. If it has not been shipped, you may let our customer representative know that you wish to pick up however, the delivery fees applied during checkout will not be refunded.

3. Do we sell to general public?

Yes, you do not need to be a business customer to buy. You may order online or in-store. We are located in 2/42-46 Hallam South Rd, (Enter VIA Melverton Dr.) Hallam, Victoria 3803, Australia. And you may walk in during our trading hours:

Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm    

Saturday: 10:00am  – 2pm.

4. If I need to return something, what do I do?

If you need to return something, please contact us or phone (03) 9796 3300. Please read our Returns Policy before returning any product back to us.

5. How can I access the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the products I bought?

You can request SDS by mailing us on info@melbournesolvents.com.au with the product specifics.
